2. Data processed and purposes

We process the personal data you voluntarily provide through the booking form on the website:

• First and last name
• Phone number
• Email address (optional)
• Date, time and number of guests for the booking
• Free-text notes (allergies, preferences, special occasions)

The data is used exclusively to manage and confirm your booking.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent (art. 6 revFADP) given when submitting the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at the details above; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

4. Third-party services and transfers abroad

To deliver the service we rely on third-party providers that may process your data outside Switzerland:

• WhatsApp / Meta Platforms Inc. (USA) — the form sends the booking message via WhatsApp. The data passes through Meta's servers. See the WhatsApp privacy policy.
• Google LLC (USA) — we use Google Maps to show our location. When the map loads, your IP address is sent to Google. See the Google privacy policy.
• GitHub Inc. / Microsoft (USA) — the site is hosted on GitHub Pages; the access logs may include your IP address. See the GitHub privacy policy.

Transfers to the United States are protected by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the respective providers or by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

5. Data retention

Booking data is kept for the time strictly necessary to handle the reservation and for a maximum period of [TO BE COMPLETED — e.g. 12 months] for internal organisational purposes, unless legal obligations require longer retention.

In accordance with the revFADP and — where applicable — the GDPR, you have the right to:
